RENT/RENT-TO-OWN AGREEMENT

I agree to the terms and conditions of the rent/rent to own agreement. I understand if I do not make payments on or before the due date my credit card will be charged and I will incur late fees. I understand the instrument is the property of Austin Music Center until it is paid for in full. I understand if I do not make payments and do not return the instrument it will considered stolen and it will be reported to the police.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN

I authorize Austin Music Center to charge the payment amount due and other agreed upon fees to the attached credit card number on or around the payment due date. I understand if I do not make payments on or before the due date I will incur late fees.  If I wish to rescind this portion of the contract I will notify Austin Music Center in writing at least 30 days prior to the next payment date.

RENTAL PROTECTION PLAN

I agree to pay $5 per month for the Rental Protection Plan (RPP). I understand lost or stolen instruments will be replaced upon receipt of a current police report and instruments damaged beyond repair at the sole discretion of Austin Music Center will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged instrument. I understand the RPP does not cover books or accessories. If I wish to rescind this portion of the contract I will notify Austin Music Center in writing at least 30 days prior to the next payment date.
