What's the catch? 

When you rent from Austin Music Center there is no catch. Austin Music Center does not subscribe to hidden costs, gimmicks or mandatory fees. We do not take advantage of customers because the instrument rental business is not familiar.

The rental contract provides ALL of the information you need,  including the total cost of the instrument, the rental and/or monthly payments and any optional fees. 

  • Change instruments if your child doesn't like the one s/he chose. Choosing the Best Instrument for My Child

  • Payments you made are applied to the new instrument. 

  • We DO NOT suggest trading in a used instrument for a more expensive new one. 

  • Make an appointment to try out instruments if you are not sure which instrument to rent.

  • Austin Music Center is family owned and operated. We realize we are renting to young students. Our expectations are realistic. 

     Repair and Maintenance of Rental Instruments

Maintenance and repair due to normal wear and tear is provided at no extra cost. 

 

Minor repairs due to daily use and the fact that students use the instruments are repaired at no extra cost. 

 

Austin Music Center offers an optional Rental Protection Plan. The Rental Protection Plan covers instruments that are lost, stolen or severely damaged.

Austin Music Center does not subscribe to hidden costs or fees.

A contract is signed at the time of rental. The contract includes dates, rental periods, rental payments, total cost of the instrument, not including tax. In addition, it states whether you are participating in the FREE  Automatic Payment Plan and/or the optional Rental Protection Plan.  

 

WE STOP CHARGING YOU WHEN YOU PAID IN FULL FOR THE INSTRUMENT.
